Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations:

Currently, we ship our products exclusively to Puerto Rico, and we also offer the option for local pickup. We understand that our customers may be eager to have our artwork delivered elsewhere, and we want to assure you that we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to serve a wider audience. We appreciate your patience and look forward to providing shipping to more locations in the near future. Please stay tuned for updates on our shipping availability. 2. Shipping Methods:

Standard Shipping: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Local Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order locally, you can select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Shipping Rates:

Local Pickup: It’s free. You don’t have to pay for local pickup.

4. Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding Holidays) of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Local Pickup Instructions:

If you choose the local pickup option, please wait for our confirmation email before coming to pick up your order. If you choose the pickup option you must text after receiving the message that your order is ready to coordinate the pickup time.

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation with your order number in it (Digital accepted. Email confirmation, not a screenshot.) and a valid ID for verification.

6. Shipping Delays:

In the event of any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly via email.
